4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Subscription and Service Terms

5.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

5.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1. Service fees are as agreed in the applicable service agreement. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

6.3. Late payments shall incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

6.4. All invoices are provided in Arabic and English with clear details of services rendered and applicable charges, in accordance with CST billing requirements.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Website and Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its systems

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Version shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.3. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Confidentiality

11.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.

11.2. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or power outages.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of fifteen (15) days.

13.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13.4. Without prejudice to the above, you may file complaints with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) in accordance with its regulations.

14. Amendments

14.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.

14.2. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Website.

14.3. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
